Consultations

All new clients are required to attend an in-person consultation and allergy test before any colour services can be performed. This ensures suitability, safety, and a tailored approach to your hair journey.

Bookings & Deposits

All bookings are managed via Fresha, where upfront payments or deposits may be required to secure your appointment. These payments are non-refundable, but may be transferable with sufficient notice.

You are responsible for ensuring your contact and payment details are accurate when booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of your deposit or prepayment.

We reserve the right to adjust services or refuse bookings at our discretion for reasons including safety, suitability, or repeated rescheduling.

Client Care

Clients are expected to follow all pre- and post-appointment care guidelines provided during consultations or in take-home packs. This supports the longevity and health of your results.

Photography & Media

We may request to take photographs of your hair for our portfolio or social channels. These will only be used with your permission. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Ownership of Content

All content on this website—including text, imagery, and design—is the property of By Gabriella Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
