BOOKING AND GUEST POLICY

NEW CLIENTS AND CONSULTATION FEE

All new clients are required to attend a consultation and allergy patch test before any service appointments can be booked.

This is essential to ensure suitability, safety, and a personalised plan for your hair.

Patch test must be carried out at least 48hours prior to first appointment.


A $50 consultation fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable, but fully transferable to your first booked service.

Please note:

• The credit must be used within 6 weeks of your consultation

• If no appointment is booked within this period, the fee will expire

This ensures every journey begins with care, intention, and commitment.


BOOKING POLICY

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required to be paid no later than 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment

 This deposit represents a commitment of time and preparation for your service and protects against last-minute cancellations.

•Failure to pay the deposit will result in your appointment being cancelled and offered to the next guest on our waitlist.

•Deposits are non-refundable.

However, if you need to reschedule and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.

• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or be considered a no-show. In such cases, your deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•No-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

•If, for any reason, Simply, Gabriella needs to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be fully transferred or refunded.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

PAYMENTS

We accept payment via:

•Cash

•Online through the Fresha booking link

•Card terminal in-salon

To avoid processing fees, cash is always welcome and appreciated.

Deposits are taken securely online when booking. Remaining balances can be paid in-salon at the time of your appointment.
