BOOKING AND GUEST POLICY
NEW CLIENTS AND CONSULTATION FEE
All new clients begin with a consultation and patch test prior to booking a colour appointment.
This allows me to assess your hair, ensure suitability, and create a personalised plan.
A consultation and patch testing must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your first colour appointment.
A $50 consultation fee is required to secure your consultation.
This is non-refundable, however fully transferable to your first appointment.
- Credit is valid for 6 weeks
- If not used within this time, the fee will expire
BOOKING POLICY
To secure your appointment, a booking fee is required within 5 days of booking.
This fee reflects the time reserved for your appointment, along with the preparation and planning completed in advance.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
By booking, you acknowledge that this fee is applied to the time reserved and preparation undertaken for your appointment.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, they can be transferred to a future appointment.
If the booking fee is not received, your appointment may be released to another guest.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
This fee reflects the time reserved and preparation undertaken for your appointment.
With more than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee may be transferred to a future appointment.
Failure to attend your appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
If Simply, Gabriella needs to reschedule your appointment, your booking fee will be transferred or refunded.
